Being a part of the Networking community , I met Doris at a NPR luncheon. Got to know her better and when it was time to take a look at the plan I had originally enrolled in, Doris came to help. She researched my existing plan and came to me regarding Excess Charges. She asked me a question, “Do you know your plan does not cover Excess Charges?” “I responded with “What are those?” She explained it to me in plain English, that I could understand and now knowing what those charges could be in the future , got my attention. So, as I was paying $150 a month in the current plan, she knew what I wanted to spend and connected me with a plan that gave me more options for my situation. We then made an appointment on the phone for a particular date and completed the application on the phone.
Seamless process. I now have a plan that fits my needs for less than I was paying and a Free Gym Membership to boot! I have since then joined the YMCA and have been going to their pool classes for 3 months! My strength and health has gotten stronger, and I have met some amazing people there as well! So, I wish to thank Doris for her caring, her knowledge, her follow-up with me and a beautiful Thank you Card in the mail and all the small things she does on a continuous basis as being one of her clients.
